Article 1. “NINJA SUPPORTING MEMBERS” (hereinafter referred to as “Members”) aim to support the Japan Ninja Council’s activities, looking ahead to the Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games, such as offering Omotenashi - hospitality - to tourists from overseas in order to cultivate a better understanding for Japanese culture through Ninja that represent the spirit and a way of life for the Japanese people: diligence, organizational capability, and perseverance.
Article 2. This Membership Terms and Conditions defines the conditions to be applied between members using services or related services provided by the “Japan Ninja Council”.
Article 3. Classification of membership will be defined as follows. Supporting Membership V.I.P. Supporting Membership
Article 4. Membership will be effective after agreeing to these terms and conditions, completing the membership registration application by a method determined by the Japan Ninja Council, and receiving confirmation of the payment of the membership fee. 2 This provision shall apply in any of the following cases, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the preceding paragraphs, and based upon those results, may not accept their membership application. When application contains false declaration concerning all items of the registration information declared by the member. Additionally, in the event that the company deems the member ineligible.
Article 5. Notify the Japan Ninja Council of changes to your personal details such as new address, phone number, and other registration information following the necessary procedure.
Article 6. Supporting Members are eligible to receive following benefits. Membership Certificate Members receive special treatment at tie-up facilities by showing their membership certificate Members receive invitations to exclusive members only events Subscription to the Japan Ninja Council mail magazine A Japan Ninja Council Lapel Pin 2. V.I.P. Supporting Members will receive benefits prescribed in the preceding paragraph as well as special Syuriken.
Article 8. Supporting Membership annual fee is $50 (Tax included). 2 V.I.P. Supporting Membership annual fee is $300 (Tax included).
Article 9. A member, in accordance with the procedures stipulated by the Japan Ninja Council, may cancel their membership at any time. 2 In the event that a member falls under Article 3. paragraph (2), notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the preceding paragraphs, it is possible for the Japan Ninja Council to delete or suspend the membership. 3 Annual membership fee paid prior to your cancellation will not be refunded. 4 Following cancellation, your membership certification must be returned to the Japan Ninja Council.
Article 10. Should disputes arise between members and third parties concerning the use of services, members shall resolve disputes at its own expense and responsibility.
Article 11. Members are solely responsible to manage their membership certificates that have been provided by the Japan Ninja Council. 2 Members must not let third parties use, lend, convey nor sell their membership certificate. 3 Should a member lose their membership certificate, the member should notify the Japan Ninja Council immediately and follow the procedures prescribed by the Japan Ninja Council.
Article 12. Members are prohibited from engaging in the acts described in the following provisions. Acts of infringement of rights held by other members, third parties, or the Japan Ninja Council’s copyright and trademark rights, or on the suspicion of such acts. Acts of infringement of privacy, asset and right of publicity held by other members, third parties, or the Japan Ninja Council and other acts that compromise these. Acts that may be detrimental or damaging to other members, third parties, the Japan Ninja Council, or on the suspicion of such acts. Acts of slandering other members, third parties, or the Japan Ninja Council. Any acts in violation of the applicable laws or ordinances or any acts which would have the effect of soliciting or encouraging any acts in violation of such laws or ordinances. Religious or political activities. Activities with commercial purposes. Any other acts that violate laws, membership terms and conditions, or public order and morality.
Article 13. Personal information of members shall be used for catering services and shall not be disclosed or provided to third parties, except in cases in which other laws govern the disclosure of personal information.
Article 14. The Japan Ninja Council may, without giving any prior notice to its members and others, terminate, cancel or change the service under unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, fires, blackouts, changes in social conditions, etc. 2 Other than prescribed in the preceding paragraph, with the Japan Ninja Council’s discretion, the Japan Ninja Council may change or terminate the service by notifying members.
Article 15. The Japan Ninja Council shall not be responsible nor have obligation to compensate for the damages that might incur to members or third parties due to the usage or termination of it’s services.
